Source #1: (Photos of my grandfather) <Artifact>
1.
2. These are five photos of my grandfather that I had at my house. They are pictures of my grandfather doing his job as an ambassador and him meeting the president of Paraguay and other people. It also consists of my grandfather teaching South Americans how to fight in the way of Korean Marshall Arts, or better known as Tae-kwon-do.
3. This is a primary source because I got the information directly from my artifacts which were photos.
4. This source is significant to my grandfather becoming Ambassador because these artifacts prove that all of the accomplishments I listed in my document were true. In other words, these photos verified the information and most of all, these photos are a memory of my grandfather during the most important event of his lifetime.
5. In 1983, my maternal grandfather (Ra Hyun) was appointed to be Ambassador of Spain, Paraguay, Uruguay and Mexico. While he was ambassador of these four countries, he did many notable and astounding things. One thing he did was he introduced South Korea's culture to those countries and made sure that those countries knew that South Korea and North Korea were indeed very different. He introduced Korean marshall arts (Tae-kwon-do) to Paraguay, Uruguay, Bolivia and Mexico. He also made cultural bonds with Spain by introducing Korean products, dance, and good. Finally, he supported medical aid for Paraguay, Uruguay and Mexico due to the numerous poverty-stricken families residing in those countries. My mom was present during all of those events which is why she is my most important source. The photos verify his accomplishments and the document explain verifies the fact that he was elected to be an ambassador which is what the whole event is about.
Source #2: (Grandfather's daughter, my mom) <Interview>
1.
2. This is my mom, or my grandfather's daughter. She is one of the main sources I had throughout the project because she had a clear memory about what her father did and about his accomplishments. Most of the information in my keynote was received from my mom, which was the main source I used to get information about my grandfather.
3. This is a secondary source because I got the information not directly from my grandfather himself, but from another person who knew about his accomplishments as an ambassador.
4. This source is extremely significant to my grandfather becoming Ambassador because the photos may have proved what he had done, but this source serves as a major witness to all of his accomplishments and his time of being ambassador. She is the one that explains everything he did throughout his lifetime.

Source #3: (Newspaper article of my grandfather) <Document>
1.
2. This was a newspaper article I found on the internet about my grandfather's election of becoming an ambassador. This is a huge source to the event of my grandfather becoming an ambassador because this proves that he was on his way of becoming an ambassador, it was even proven in the newspaper! It states basic information about him like a couple of his occupations, his age and his name.
3. This is a secondary source because it is written information by someone else in the newspaper, not verified by my grandfather himself or by photos at the event itself but this information was passed onto the newspaper which was written by a complete stranger.
4. This source is significant to my grandfather because many would say that something happened, without some evidence to verify it. However this source, the newspaper, can very much verify what I am saying about my grandfather. I say he became ambassador and this newspaper article verifies it! Therefore, this newspaper article is a significant source to my grandfather becoming ambassador.
